SIZE CHANGE POLICY

In the event that the user, once the order has been received, needs a change in the size of any of the products received by mistake and in accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the user will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order to proceed with the request for change.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if necessary-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it (labels, stickers..). AGON GYM reserves the right to refuse the exchange, to those users who request the change out of time and/or whose product return does not comply with the stipulations of this paragraph.

To formalize the change, the user must contact AGON GYM at the e-mail support@agongym.com within seven(7) days of receiving the order . Once AGON GYM receives this communication, it will indicate the way to send the order to its facilities and the User will have the remaining days to proceed with the shipment taking into account the fourteen (14) day period according to the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users.

The costs of returning the order, from the customer's address to AGON GYM's warehouses will be directly assumed by the User (such as shipping costs through courier companies, customs formalities, etc.). AGON GYM is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this sense, AGON GYM recommends the User to require the courier company to provide him with the proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices of AGON GYM, so that the User has proof that the product has been properly delivered to AGON GYM. AGON GYM is not responsible for the address where the User sends the order for its change.

Once AGON GYM checks that the order is in good condition, the correct article will be sent and the full cost of shipping will be assumed by AGON GYM.
