TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Our courier company, Correos Express, will send you an SMS or email with your tracking number once the order has been prepared and dispatched from the warehouse. When you receive it, you can enter it in the Correos Express tracking page.
If your tracking doesn't work, don't worry, keep in mind that Correos Express takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and that it only sends on working days, try to try again later.
If your order passes through customs we are not responsible for the additional costs involved.
If you return to another address than the one provided by email we are not responsible for its loss.
The price of the products marketed is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and they include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us by sending us images clearly showing the defect so that we can provide you with a solution.
If you receive your order incorrectly, please send us a picture of the order.
RETURN OF THE ORDER
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should contact AGON GYM at the e-mailaddress firstname.lastname@example.org.
The right of withdrawal consists of cancelling a contract, returning all or part of the purchased goods to our offices. If all the purchased goods were sent by courier, the original shipping costs will also be refunded (the costs of sending the return being at the customer's expense). This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS
The commercial draws and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt of commercial value and therefore of guarantee; if a defect is detected in its reception communicate it as soon as possible to 'email@example.com'. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
